“Report an illy bar” is a service provided by illycaffè s.p.a. on the World Wide Web at www.illy.com, on the iPhone application and on the Android application.
The data provided on the form submitted will be published on the illy.com website, on the iPhone application and on the Android application, in the “illy Global Store Locator” section, subject to approval by the illy Global Store Locator staff.
The inclusion of an illy bar thus reported, within the “illy Global Store Locator” section of the illy.com website, on the iPhone application and on the Android application, is free of charge.
illycaffè s.p.a. reserves the right to delete or remove at any time, without prior warning and/or notice, any store or information inserted free of charge.
The user may at any time request deletion of his/her own bar reported by him/her or by a third party, by writing to locator@illy.com.
The user declares that the data specified in the form he/she sent and in general communicated in any way whatsoever to illycaffè s.p.a. are accurate and he/she relieves illycaffè s.p.a. of any liability for erroneous, incorrect or false statements.
The user undertakes to verify personally the content of the information published on the illy.com website, on the iPhone application and on the Android application and to report any inaccuracies or errors.
To send a photo of the illy bar together with the report:
illycaffè claims no rights of ownership, affiliation with or endorsement of any photographs posted in the “Report an illy bar” function. The user attests to the accuracy of all the photographs published and their validity and legality are not the responsibility of illycaffè s.p.a. The user grants illycaffè s.p.a. the non-exclusive right to use, copy, reproduce and display these photographs.
